What we collect

Account data: your email address and the wallet address linked to your account, plus a username and avatar if you set one. Login is handled by our authentication provider (Privy), which creates and secures your wallet — we never receive your private key.

Trading data: the accounts you open, your orders, fills, positions, equity history, rule breaches, purchases and rewards.

Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service (request times, errors, and the IP address your requests come from).

Public blockchain data: purchases, account records and rewards are written to our contracts on Arbitrum. Anything on a public blockchain is visible to everyone, permanently, and cannot be deleted by us or by you.

Why we use it

To open and run your accounts, enforce the trading rules, process payments and rewards, answer support requests, keep the platform secure and prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

Email: we send account emails (orders, account changes, rule breaches, passes and rewards) to everyone with an account. We also send tips, guides, a weekly digest and offers, chosen from what you do on the platform (for example, a reminder if you leave a checkout unfinished). Those emails record whether they were opened and which of our links were clicked, so we can send fewer, better ones. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and you can switch them off any time in the app under Settings → Notifications; account emails still arrive.

We do not sell your data. If you accept advertising cookies, the ad networks we use (such as Meta, TikTok and Google) learn that a visit or a sign-up came from one of their ads; they never receive your email, wallet or trading data from us.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the platform on our behalf: our authentication provider, our hosting and database providers, and the public blockchain and market-data infrastructure we rely on. They only receive what they need to provide that service.

Cookies and local storage

Always, because the product needs them: a login session from our authentication provider, small preferences stored in your browser (such as your selected account and whether you size orders in USD or lots), and your cookie choice itself (mpc_consent).

Always, because they are part of the offer you were shown: the referral code of the creator whose link you opened (mpc_ref, 30 days) and a discount code a link carried (mpc_code, 30 days), so checkout can apply it and the creator is credited. We also note the campaign tags on the link and the first page you landed on (mpc_utm, mpc_land), which tell us which posts and searches bring traders here. None of these contain anything about you.

Only if you accept: advertising pixels from Meta, TikTok and Google, and the ad-click id a link carried (mpc_click, 90 days), so an ad that brought you is credited. Choose "Only necessary" and none of them load. You can change your mind by clearing this site's cookies; the banner will ask again.

Anonymous traffic statistics (Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics) count page views without any identifier of ours attached.

How long we keep it

Account and trading records are kept while your account exists and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal, accounting and anti-abuse purposes. On-chain records are permanent by design.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Email team@mypropcapital.com from the address on your account.

You can change your username, avatar and reward wallet in Settings at any time.
